You may use this mod in a modpack as long as you do not rehost the mod and only use download links directly from CurseForge, you do not sell the modpack or additional access to the mod via any means, you give credit (Linking back to this page), you do not make any changes to the mod aside from config files/datapacks, and you follow all of the other terms listed in the license.

 

Serene Seasons is now a closed source mod, licensed as All Rights Reserved for 1.17.1 and all future versions. Previous versions are still licensed as Creative Commons BY-NC-ND 4.0, and the source for those versions can be found at https://github.com/Glitchfiend/SereneSeasons. Localizations are also still accepted at the repo listed on the SS-public branch. We will also be providing other modders with access to the source on a case-by-case basis for the purpose of mod compatibility/integration. Please ask Adubbz about it in our Discord server.  And no, you are not allowed to port the mod to Fabric or any other modloader. Stop asking.



Description:

Serene Seasons is a Minecraft mod that adds seasons.  Grass and foliage colors will change throughout the year, and in the winter, temperatures will shift and allow for snow to fall in some biomes that don't normally receive any.  Seasons also affect various other features, like crop growth (Different crops are limited to different seasons), weather (More rain in Spring, more storms in Summer, etc.), and more!

 

Serene Seasons also works automatically with any biome mods, changing their grass and foliage colors without any additional tweaking required!
