Forge version for 1.19.2 has Config Files now.
Configs found at "AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\config\villagerdrops-common.toml"
0 = Never Drops, 1 = Always Drops, X (Range of 2 to 100) = 1 in X Chance to Drop
Can change chance for Villager, Pillager, and Wandering Trader.
