Bringing back the old Blue Fish, coming in two variants

[Legacy] which uses the pre 1.13 programmer art style textures

[Jappa] this variant features official jappa revisions of the blue fish textures which briefly appeared in snapshot 18w43a

 

missing textures such as bucketed fish have been recreated accordingly, the Fish entity has been recolored to look like the old Fish (no difference between Legacy and Jappa version)

and all instances of the word "Cod" have been replaced with fish in the en_us language

 

 

 

(the fish spawnegg remains unchanged due to the hardcoded color applied to it)
