The pack is marked for 1.16 in the mcmeta file, but it should work at least for 1.13+ regardless of the warning. If it does not work, make sure you have OptiFine as it is needed to display correctly and for the ability to disable clouds. Contact me it there are issues on earlier versions.
This is a very nice custom sky-box that I have found. The original creator may be CraftMaster7 since they are mentioned here and this is the earliest pack with this sky with it. I tried my best to find credit as I have seen this sky in other texture packs so please let me know if I am wrong and who the original creator is.
OptiFine Required. There is incompatibility with shaders, causing it to render blood red.
