Literally just makes sand and sandstone about 75% darker so that my eyes can catch a break while im building a mega base in a desert.

 

I'm pretty sure it should work for all 1.14+ versions but I'm to lazy to test it out myself and I just know enough random stuff to be confident in my previous statement.
