This resource pack replaces the default look of Advancement Plaques Mod by Grend_G with an heavely inspired Farmer's Delight style.

No. This Resource Pack requires Advancement Plaques (Forge/Fabric) to function.

Why my advancement plaques don't look like your's?

In order to have the same colors as in the pictures you must set this on your config file:
