Greetings, this is my first resource pack I'll be posting.
This resource pack requires OptiFine as it only adds textures that utilizes the MCPatcher functions which OptiFine has.
(it will also now work with the Fabric mod "Chime" that does the similar thing as Optifine CIT! Thanks Supersonic!)
Note: This resource pack will work on most versions! minecraft will tell you the pack format is too new or something, but i made sure it works everywhere. just confirm it and it will work!
2021/04/06 (YMD): my friend Supersonic (@SupersonicNK) has ported the pack to the Fabric mod "Chime" that does the similar thing as Optifine CIT! i've merged the file, it should work on BOTH Optifine and Chime now, thank you very much, Supersonic!
2021/03/29 (YMD): At long last... a new version!? Sorry to have left all of you waiting for TWO WHOLE YEARS.
- - - Various existing sprites are tweaked (detailed in changelog)
- - - Various new sprites are added!
- Netherite tools!
- Bow enchantments!! (with pull animation!!)
- Wooden pickaxe enchantments (Pickaxe only for now. Sorry!)
Again, sorry and thank you all for waiting for two whole years for this!
May heaven grant you fortune! -Hyuponia (@ruins_of)
These sets of sprites were once made for my personal mash of resource packs,
but since it ended up being polished quite well, I have decided to separate it and release it.
Details
There currently are special textures for Pickaxe, Shovel, Axe, Sword, and Bow Enchantments.
Currently, the special enchantment textures are available for Diamond, Gold and Iron, and Netherite tools, but I may expand and apply this to more materials in the future!
All the current available "main" tool enchantments are supported, so it currently excludes Unbreaking or Mending - as I feel those are more of a "supporting" enchantment.
Vague Themes:
There is a vague theme for the enchantments.
Red is of the enchantment Efficiency, and it is themed around Redstone. Somewhat mechanical?
Emerald is of Looting, and it is themed around the Emerald currency.
It has also a slight magical theme to it, as the enchantment acts as if it generates more from almost nothing.
Yellow is of Silk Touch, with the theme of smoothness, as the name includes Silk.
White is of Sharpness, has some Quartz theme, where I aimed to make it look more sharp.
Gold is of Smite, with a slight holy/divine theme, to smite the undeads.
Deep Red is for Bane of Arthropods, where I took the color from the Spider Eye, and put a vague unnatural theme to it.
Knockback Has no shared theme, but I've tried to made it seem impactful.
Sweeping Edge Does not either, It has the smooth, wind-cutting shape, hopefully?
Fire Aspect I struggled the most with, but I ended up on this. I may not have a theme...?
How it would look ingame:
LATEST: All together, with new Iron and Gold tools!
Tools Chest:
Weapons Chest:
Out in the wild:
Everything Together:
Maybe-Plans:
Weaker Variants (Lower Levels)
Other Materials
Fishing Rod
Hoes (They have a fast attack speed, so custom maps or servers may have sharpness on them)
Modded Enchantments Support (E.g. Vorpal)
Armors
Bows
Thank you for checking this out!
