Enchanted golden apples are renamed to "Notch Apples" and have notch's face on them.

This only adds one texture to the game. The enchantment glint is unaffected. There is another pack similar to this, that one uses the programmer art apples as a base whereas this one uses the Jappa apples. 

This is simply an homage to the creator of minecraft, since the Enchanted golden apple has been called the Notch apple by the community (it has also been called a god apple or gapple for short).
