Texture pack Tweaks: Twigs retextured by championhestu

With Ninnih_'s permission, I have made a very small texture pack for their mod, Twigs. Its aim is to retain some of the textures that were in use prior to its 3.0.1 release, and to make the new shell blocks 2D, like the mod's twigs and pebbles.
